REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - It is my goal that you will be more than pleased with my items. If you receive an item that does not function as you need it to, contact me within 7 days of your purchase to discuss resolution. For a full refund the item must be in new and unused condition, having not been washed or worn.
In the event a refund/exchange is agreed upon, the item must be returned within 15 days of the agreed upon refund/exchange.
