Custom orders will begin being made after payment is received in full. This guarantees that you have a slot on my custom order list, and allows me to order any specific supplies as needed for your requested items, should they be needed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the completion of custom orders, depending upon the current workload and family life.
Cancellations for custom orders are not permitted. I am creating a specific item for your needs, which may not have a resale value or demand as such. If there is a need to cancel a custom order, we may discuss it, and it will be a case by case situation, with a retained fee of 25% of the full order. All sales of custom orders are final and nonrefundable, nonreturnable, due to the specific nature of them.
